ABOUT HARMIT

Harmit is the founder and proud owner of CRES Enterprises, Inc., a full-service real estate and finance brokerage based in Oakland that services clients throughout the state of California.  Established in 2004, CRES quickly emerged as a local real estate and mortgage powerhouse and has since closed over $300 million in sales.  Harmit’s success was derived by his strong commitment to deliver the very best service and end-value to his Clients, with a belief in the ‘Client comes first,’ approach.  His core values of industry-leading service and knowledge, value, innovation, efficiency, speed and dedication to practicing with high integrity are shared and reflected by his team of over 25 Agents and staff-members.

Harmit grew up in Alameda, CA and attended high school at St. Joseph Notre Dame.  After graduation, he attended University of the Pacific and earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics.  Harmit relates his work ethic and entrepreneurial nature with his upbringing.  His parents came to the United States in 1976 as young immigrants from India.  Like many foreigners, they came to this country with no money and little resources; however, it was their undeniable dedication to hard work, simple-living and optimistic pursuit of success that helped them achieve the ‘American Dream.’  “They have been and always will be the driving force behind my inspiration and dedication to excellence in both my personal and professional life,” says Harmit.

After graduation from college, Harmit went on to obtain several professional certifications including his California Real Estate Broker License, Mortgage Originator License and California Insurance Broker License.  Harmit has also obtained specialized training and certifications in short sales and REO's.  He is a member of the Oakland, California and National Association of Realtors and is an active participant with local real estate affairs including projects with the City of Oakland Redevelopment Agency and low income housing initiatives.  Harmit specializes in residential and commercial real estate sales, financing, investments, leasing and development projects with a niche for multi-unit properties and gas stations.

His real pride and joy are his wife, Meena, and two boys, Shaan and Jayden.  “I do everything with great love for my career, my company, my clients and most importantly, my family.”
